Terms and Conditions


These are the terms and conditions regarding the use of Painted Automotive Parts, which you accept when you visit and browse through Painted Automotive Parts provides their services under the conditions laid out henceforth. In order to avoid any misunderstanding, please, read through our terms and conditions with great care. Furthermore, whenever you request or make use of any current or future services from, or you visit or purchase from it, you will be subject to the terms, conditions and guidelines that apply to the specific service and/or business. Painted Automotive Parts and are not responsible for damages of any kind, which may arise during or due to the use of this website. This includes omissions, errors, incidental or consequential damages coming from the use of any kind of information and/or materials submitted on and its respective webpages. Painted Automotive Parts and reserve the right to change the terms and conditions, and any other disclaimers on this webpage or elsewhere on the website, at any time. The site and sales on it are created and controlled by Painted Automotive Parts in the State of Illinois.

Damaged Parts

When the order is delivered to you, you have to inspect the parts immediately. In case there are any damages or evidence of tampering on the packaging, this must be noted on the delivery receipt, which the driver has to provide. Any damages MUST BE reported within 24 hours of receiving your order, without any exceptions. You can use the form on our returns page.

Canceling Orders

In any case when your order will take too long to be completed (longer than 5 business days), you will be promptly notified. You can only cancel an order before we have shipped the ordered items. In such a case we will do whatever possible to cancel the order before it is ship. In the case when your order has been shipped, cancelation is not possible and you will have to proceed with returning the order. Please, refer to our returns policy for more information. To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.


All automotive body parts sold on and by Painted Automotive Parts are only subject to manufacturer’s warranty and conditions that apply to it (if such exist). As such it can be submitted to the manufacturer for further inspection and approval for repair or replacement of the product. Accessories are subject to a 30-day warranty (or a 90-day warranty for light bulbs). However, the warranty is void if the defect or damage was caused due to customer error, mishandling, negligence or abuse of the item.

Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. That included the return to Painted Automotive Parts, the shipping to the manufacturer and the return shipping to the customer.

Labor or inconvenience claims cannot be included in the warranty claims. Painted Automotive Parts bears no responsibility in the case of your car being inoperable due to sending us the part for your warranty claim.

Painted Automotive Parts and are not responsible in any way for any damaged resulting from the use of the product or are caused by the products to any person or vehicle. You agree to use any purchased products at your own risk.

Incorrect Parts

If you receive any incorrect parts, you have to report them immediately without exception. Please understand that we try our best to always get the right part to you, but mistakes may still happen. In the case we have shipped the wrong part, we will ship out the correct part when we receive back the wrong one. Please, contact us for more details about the return process in case of an incorrect part.
